Streamlining Data Through Unique Pipeline Construction

Challenges

Our client was having a hard time sifting through the data that was propogating. The Sales Team struggled to calculate commissions that need to be paid to partners. Additionally, the types of programs that generated high revenue were going unmarked, meaning there were possible areas of opportunity that hadn't been earmarked yet.

The client needed an accessible way to synthesize and understand the data collected. Transaction information needed to be codified and investigated so that all possibilities were obvious and easy to find.

Solution

Engineered an end to end Data pipeline that would capture all user transaction data and map it to  the sales platform and the resulting data was modeled and presented through Power bi.

Result

Sales Team members had access to the commission that need to be paid on different time periods and insight into the kind of programs that generate High margins.
